This reference book is a compilation of published information from various publicly & privately owned sources. We just deliver it in one publication. Overload 4-1-1 contains current state provisions, DOT permitting & limitations along with contact numbers, truck stop locations for larger loads, pilot car companies, rest areas, record keeping for pilot cars, multiple forms for copying and more helpful information for drivers and pilot cars. This year, by request, we've added MORE information - banners, lights & flag placements for the hauling load!
