Suntown 16" Octagon Functional Gable Vent with Screen - 2 Piece Construction - White These vents have a modern sleek design and are fully functional allowing air-flow into your attic space. If you do not have an adequate breeze going in and out of your attic, you will end up with an overly hot roof which can cause your shingles to curl prematurely. Without a breeze, it will also contribute to a hot interior. The first solution to these common problems is to install a gable vent when possible. Our vents have a front face that rotates so it can be removed, making it easy to install. Our rotating design makes it incredible durable in severe weather situations. You won't have to worry about it blowing off in a heavy wind. Other competing brands have a snap-on face that could potentially fly off in a heavy wind.
