About Three-Way Plastic Side Wall/Ceiling Register In

This plastic sidewall/ceiling register is made of ABS plastic in bright white. It has built-in damper to control air flow. There are two screw holes on each side of the register to fix on the surface of wall or ceiling. The listed size 14"w X 6"h is for duct opening measurement only. Actual outside overall dimensions is 16" wide by 8" high. Difference between "inside" and "outside": Inside (duct opening) is the measurement you can see after taking the vent off the wall or ceiling. "outside" measurement is the surface you can see after the installation. Size selection guide: 1) take the vent cover off the wall or ceiling. 2) measure the duct opening or the size of the hole. 3) select the listed size that match the duct opening size. In this example, the 14" x 6" is the listed size, it refers to the side of the "tongue" so that it will fit in a 14"x 6" hole.
