When our oats are sourced from purity protocol farmers, they have met stringent requirements for item purity, as well as meet criteria for growing, harvesting, transport, storage, processing and manufacturing in our dedicated gluten-free facility. Founded in 1992, our story began as a bakery inside a small natural foods market on Main Street in Glastonbury Connecticut.
