COMPLEX COCKTAIL SYRUP: Barrel-Aged Cola Syrup is an exciting addition to cocktails when used in lieu of simple syrup, but it also makes great non-alcoholic drinks and sodas. We create this uniquely all-natural cola syrup and age it in bourbon barrels to allow the familiar flavors of original American cola to come together as it takes on color and notes of whiskey and petrol from the charred barrels.

A Fresh Citrus and Spice Cola Syrup Aged in Once Used Bourbon Barrels For making intriguing cocktails or refreshing sodas We create this uniquely all natural syrup by hand peeling lemons, limes and oranges, and combining the skins with freshly ground spices, natural cane sugar and vanilla bean. As it ages in Willett bourbon barrels, familiar flavors of original American cola come together, and the syrup takes on notes of vanilla and whiskey from the charred barrels. An exciting addition to cocktails, but also makes great non-alcoholic drinks and sodas. Simply add soda water for a classic cola soda, and top with ice cream for a float.
