About RAFT Demerara Syrup For Cocktails And Sodas, 250ml
Raw sugar in a Demerara style gives a rich, caramel hint to your syrup, perfect for an Old Fashioned. High sugar content allows us to avoid preservatives and you to use less. Use in place of simple syrup any time you want a richer flavor! Shake well and use 1 TBSP per 4-5 ounce cocktail or 6-8 ounces of soda. Refrigerate after opening. Best used within 2 months after opening.
