We have a standard for quality, as we look over each lever before we ship any out to ensure that you are getting the best product as possible. Please note that time to time, some fridge water dispenser attachment may get damaged in shipping. If this is the case please inform us and we will be sure to send you a replacement as soon as possible. To ensure cleanliness, regularly clean the lever and the water outlet to eliminate any bacterial buildup. To do so any neutral detergent will clean it quite well.
