Due to the broken packaging of the products during transportation, the plastic spools are broken. In this case, we cannot do anything because the delivery process from the warehouse to the buyer is beyond my control. There is absolutely no problem with our product, I will start to replace the more sturdy spools in the later stage to prevent the problem from happening again.
