Mindy graduated from Kean University with a BFA in studio arts and an MA in art education. She is certified in botanical illustration by the New York Botanical Garden and has taught classes in botanical art and natural science illustration. Mindy currently teaches scientific illustration at the University of Florida and exhibits her art in juried and solo exhibitions around Florida.
