Presenting the Thermae from Chase Bliss Audio. A truly unique pedal, the Thermae is an analog delay/pitch shifter that is able to manipulate your signal without digitally processing it, keeping your guitar signal 100% analog. The Thermae features four re-issued versions of the legendary MN3005 bucket-brigade delay chips, a digital brain that allows for multi-functional controls, and a bank of dip switches so you can come up with endless unique and creative settings.MN3005 Bucket-Brigade Delay ChipsThe MN3005 bucket-brigade delay chips are known for their long, warm delays. With four under the hood, the Thermae is a great option as your primary delay pedal. When acting as a dedicated delay, the pitch shifting controls work as modulation effects for your delayed signal, so you can get creative and tackle tape-style delays or go for more glitchy/random repeats.Digital BrainEvery knob and switch on the Thermae is connected to a little digital brain. This allows for digital manipulation while maintaining a 100% analog guitar signal. The digital brain also allows for multi-functionality. For example, the Mix (Ramp) knob can be used as a traditional mix knob or as a ramp knob for five parameters individually or simultaneously (mix, rate, time, regen, depth). You also have the two interval knobs (INT 1, INT 2) which can control delay intervals or, when the Modulation dip is engaged, the speed and depth of the pitch modulation on the repeats, respectively.Bank of Dip SwitchesA bank of dip switches can be found at the top of the pedal. This opens the door to endless experimentation. With the ability to turn certain parameters on or off, as well as the ability to set others to rise or fall, you can get some really crazy, interesting sounds from the Thermae. Your dip switch settings get saved when you save a preset. Add an expression pedal to the mix for even more sonic possibilities.Features:Analog Delay and Pitch ShifterFour MN3005 Bucket-Brigade Delay ChipsDigital Brain; 100
