Regarding the Issue of Low Sound - Before turning on, if all the knobs are adjusted to the maximum or middle position, the power after turning on may only be around 2.2W. You can try rotating the gain knob again (For example, if the gain knob is at the maximum position before turning on, you need to adjust it to the maximum position again after turning on).
