Product Description Hercules, megaloc thread sealant, multi-purpose, 16 oz, can, 4 G/L VOC, 30000 cp viscosity, liquid paste, blue, odorless odor/scent, >212 deg F flash point, media: carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder, foam and water fog, composition: petroleum-based Lubricating oil, kaolin, talc, magnesium carbote, poly p-phenylenediamine terephthalamide, titanium dioxide, silica, Amorphous, fumed, crystalline silica, flammability rating: 1, 1.2 specific gravity, applicable materials: aluminum, black iron, brass, copper, glass, monel, fiberglass, polyethylene, nylon plastic, PVC, cpvc, ABS, stainless steel and galvanized steel, application method: brush, -50 to 400 deg F, 12000 psi for hydraulic, 2600 psi for gas, resists: hardening and cracking, includes: in-lid applicator, standards: nsf approved, Iamb/upc, CSA certified, mil specification tts-1732, a-12342a ce. megaloc is applied easily with a tural bristle brush even at temperatures as low as -25°f, and performs over a temperature range of -50°f to +400°f. It provides leak-proof hydraulic resistance to 12, 000 psi and withstands gas pressure up to 2, 600 psi. Megaloc is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and non-flammable. It contains no lead, heavy metals, or volatile solvents. Leak-free joints can be tested and put into service at once. MEGALOC wipes clean from hands and tools with a dry rag, is odor-free, grit-free, and will not separate or settle.
