High quality build plate: The custom-designed textured PEI material let’s your prints easily adhere to the flexible surface.

Easy to install: Made of high quality stainless steel and strong magnetic base, stick the magnetic base to your build plate by peeling off the backing paper and sticking it to your bed, then place the steel plate onto the magnetic sheet. Keep the side with PEI facing up to print on. Please peel off the protective film on the surface before printing.

When printing is complete, let the plate cool down enough (to around 40C), then easily remove the prints. If the print is still stuck, just gently bend the steel plate and pop it off! After many times printings, lightly scour the surface of the PEI with some mild steel wool with 400 grit will have great adhesion or use alcohol to clear it and let it dry.

We have applied PEI on the steel plate by machine, so you don't need to worry about the performance. If you receive the package but find the air bubbles or scratches, they are only on the surface and won’t effect printing performance. The PEI is textured, so scratches over time from printing will not show up in your print. The textured surface leaves an eye catching, professional finish to your print.
