The throat, wrapped in copper-titanium alloy, offers superior heat dissipation. The titanium alloy screws connecting the heating block and the heat sink ensure that the throat remains intact even during high-speed printing, preventing bending and breakage. Installation Instructions: Turn off the printer and allow the hot end to cool, ideally below 30°C. Remove the magnetic panel covering the printer head, locate the thermistor and unplug the heating wire connector. Remove the cooling fan from the heating end. Attach the assembled heating block to the fan and reinstall following the disassembly steps.
