Will my iPhone fall off during use? A1: The magnets in this iPhone stand support up to 1,400 g, they are more than strong enough to support your iPhone 13/12 series during normal use. If paired with a HaloLock case, the magnetic strength increases to 3,000 g. Q2: Does the base stay securely in place? Can I move it to another position? A2: The base attaches to your dashboard with a reusable adhesive and also has a locking latch that ensures it stays securely in place. For secure attachment, choose a smooth, flat surface and use the included cleaning kit to clean your dashboard before installation. Make sure you read the included manual or watch the installation video for full instructions on how to set up the mount. It can also be repositioned. Once it has been removed, rinse it clean with running water and air dry (don’t wipe dry).
