The INA333 device is a low-power precision instrumentation amplifier with excellent accuracy. The device adopts a universal three-operational amplifier design, and has a small size and low power consumption characteristics, which is very suitable for various portable applications.
The gain can be set in the range of 1 to 1000 through a single external resistor. INA333 is designed to use an industry standard gain formula: G = 1 (100k/RG).
INA333 device has ultra-low offset voltage (25 μV, G≥ 100), excellent offset voltage drift (0.1 μV/°C, G≥ 100), and high common mode rejection ratio (100dB, G≥ 10).
Low offset voltage: 25 µV (maximum), G≥ 100, Low drift: 0.1 μV//°C, G ≥ 100, Low noise: 50nV/√Hz, G≥ 100, High common mode rejection ratio (CMRR):100dB (minimum), G≥ 10, Power range: 1.8V to 5.5V
Suitable for Bridge amplifier, Electrocardiogram (ECG) amplifier, Pressure sensor, Medical instrument, Portable instrument, Weighing instrument, Thermocouple amplifier , Resistance temperature detector (RTD) sensor amplifier, Data acquisition
The device can be operated by a power supply as low as 1.8V (± 0.9V) with a quiescent current of only 50 μA, so it is very suitable for battery-powered systems. The INA333 device uses automatic calibration technology to ensure excellent accuracy in the extended industrial temperature range, while also providing ultra-low noise density (50nV/√Hz) that extends down to DC. Low input bias current: 200pA (maximum) power supply Input voltage:(V-) +0.1V to (V+ ) -0.1V Output voltage:(V-) +0.05V to (V+ ) -0.05V Low quiescent current: 50 μA operating temperature range:-40°C to 125°C Filtered RF interference (RFI) input
