Universal alignment kit for centering of the clutch disc. Suitable for a wide range of vehicles and some light commercial vehicles. Screw action provides fast adjustment for required hub diameter. Package: 8 x Spigot adaptors: diameter 0.47'', 0.55'', 0.59'', 0.63'', 0.67'', 0.7'', 0.75'', 0.78''(12mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20 mm) 3 x 3 spindles with expanding mandrel: diameter 0.59''-0.75'', 0.78''-1.05'', 0.9''-1.42'' ( 15 -19 mm, 20 -26.6 mm, 23 -36 mm) How to use it? 1: insert the tool into the clutch disc. Make sure the clutch is facing the correct direction. The tool should stick all the way through the spines on the disc. 2: place the clutch on the flywheel, and engage the alignment tool into the pilot bushing or bearing in the center of the crankshaft. Push the clutch to the flywheel tightly. 3: Install the pressure plate to the flywheel and start the bolts. 4: Wiggle the alignment tool to make sure it is fully engaged and seated in the pilot bushing/bearing. Tighten the pressure plate bolts in a criss-cross pattern and then torque to spec. Tips: Choose a suitable adaptor size to fit pilot bearing and connect with expanding mandrel before you insert the tool into the clutch disc. The clutch alignment tool stays in the clutch until you are ready to install the transmission. The pressure place should hold the clutch from moving, don’t take the risk of pulling the tool out too early. When the transmission is ready to be installed, pop the tool out and slide the transmission into place.
