About AlveyTech Tiller Gas Shock Assembly For The Golden
If you have a Companion scooter, you may need this tiller gas shock assembly for the first generation Golden Technologies Companion I & II (GC221/321/421) and generation two Golden Technologies Companion I & II (GC240/GC340/GC440)mobility scooters. Called a "gas shock" to distinguish it from the common spring shock absorbers, this helps to limit or "dampen" the felt vibrations in both the user's hands and the scooter's delicate electronics. Golden Technologies has discontinued the tiller shock for the second generation Golden Technologies Companion I & II (GC240/GC340/GC440) scooters, and replaced it with the same shock that was used on the first generation Golden Technologies Companion I & II (GC221/321/421) scooters. Please note, for the generation one scooters you will need to reuse your hardware. For generation two scooters, you may need to modify the ends to make it fit your scooter.
