The seal kit is used to rebuilt Speeco design or compatible other brand cylinders such as Husky, Split Master, Oregon, Dirty Hands tool and after marker cylinders oversea made with same Speeco design (but might be not good for your 20 years or older design) To know whether it fits your cylinder, one good way is to disassemble and measure your cylinder to compare with each item specification.
