In "ON" mode, the bulb will turn on all the time, and it can works with the remote control. It works well with any E26 base bulb LED or incandescent. The light itself is not dimmable, but it works with dimmable bulbs + dimmer(not included). KINDLY NOTE: Two ways to turn on/off pendant lights: 1. Wall Light Switch(not included); 2. Remote Control(included).
