[3 STEPS FRACTIONAL FILTRATION]: Fractional filtration is adopted on our 30 LBS commercial grease interceptor to achieve a better oil-water separation effect, whose flow rate is about 15 GPM. The solid waste and grease will be collected by the mesh basket & filter baffle firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.
