5-inch backset hardware nowadays is dreadfully difficult to find anywhere. Fortunately, we manage to manufacture these and make it standard square opening to match with modern handleset manufacturers.

NOT compatible with Schlage or Kwikset handleset which mostly have half-moon or rectangular interface holes.

Saves you thousands of dollars if replacing the door. Depending on door and handle style, you may have to do some modification of the door to make it fit.
