The mouthipieces has a flow stop. Make sure to pull it before drinking. Gently bite the soft part of the nipple. It will let liquid out if you apply proper suction. Use the screw on the mouthpieces when using the flask by itself (without the tube) Avoid removing the screw cap from the tube. Rinse and let dru after each use to avoid build-ups.
