• 🍨3 Steps Fractional Filtration: For better water filtration, our 40 LB commercial grease interceptor uses fractional filtration with a flow rate of approximately 20 GPM (75.71 LPM). The interior space is divided into three different filter areas. Solid waste and grease are first blocked by the filter baffle, and then the oil and filtered water are successively discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet.

• 🍨Carbon Steel Material: Our 40 LBS commercial grease trap is made of heavy-duty carbon steel with a thickness of approximately 0.07 inches (1.8 mm) for durability and robustness. The outer surface has anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating, easy to clean, not easy to deformation.

• 🍨Reliable Sealing Effect: As a piece of rugged equipment to collect and filter waste in the kitchen, this commercial grease interceptor highlights excellent sealing effect.
