Caverna™ ST Pellets (10KG) Microporous Features

  • Caverna ST has a flexible, soft microporous structure which is activated with simple post-processing in tap water following a gyroid or other non-solid fill build process. This is your key to building soft, compliant, lightweight parts.

  • Caverna ST is compatible with AquaSys GP and AquaSys 120 support materials, as well as many PP build materials. Creates light, breathable parts custom fit for comfortable footwear, wearables, sporting goods, and more.

  • [Dissoloution Recommendations] We recommend dissoloution in 50-70°C in agitated water, 50% of the mass is soluble content

  • [Recommended Settings] We recommend printing at a nozzle temperature: 220-250°C and glass build plate temperature: 50-70°C

  • Caverna ST has been validated for use on printers such as Tumaker NX Pro and BIGFoot, Titan Atlas, Arburg freeformer, UltiMaker, AON3D, Intamsys, Raise3D and many more. Use on single head systems with automatic material switching stations (Bambu, Mosaic) is not recommended.
