Includes 15-pc. ball end hex L-key wrenches: 1.3, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 mm; Red hex key holder
High Leverage – We designed the keys to be longer in the largest sizes to increase leverage where it matters
20-Degree Ball Angle Increases Access – Our L-keys implement a steep ball-end angle that increases your ability to access fasteners while still maintaining sufficient strength
Maximum Torque Strength – We make our L-keys with 8660 nickel chromium molybdenum steel that's heat-treated to HRC 54-58 to produce tools that are hard, but not brittle; as a result, the maximum torque of the L-keys consistently exceeds the ASME standards for minimum torsion load and the ISO standards for minimum proof torque
Clear Markings – With the exception of the smallest sizes, Tekton L-key sizes are marked in two ways–both with a high-visibility laser marking and a stamped marking (sizes 0.050 inch and 1.3 mm are too small to laser mark, sizes 0.050 inch, 1/16 inch, 5/64 inch, 1.3 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm are too small to stamp)
Quick Access and Low-Profile Storage – We designed the holder to organize the L-keys facing forward so you can easily access each tool without having to move others out of the way; you can also face the L-keys to the side for a flat, low-profile storage solution
The TEKTON 15-pc. Ball End Hex L-Key Set includes the most common metric hex key sizes from 1.3 to 10 mm stored in a durable holder with self-aligning key slots that allow keys to be removed and inserted without moving others out of the way. The L-keys are made with 8660 nickel chromium molybdenum steel that's heat-treated to HRC 54-58 to produce tools that are hard, but not brittle. As a result, the maximum torque of the L-keys consistently exceeds the ASME standards for minimum torsion load and the ISO standards for minimum proof torque. The L-keys are coated with a durable manganese phosphate finish that’s resistant to corrosion. With the exception of the smallest sizes, L-key sizes are marked in two ways–both with a high-visibility laser marking and a stamped marking.
