Added PA adjustable function, extended pilot arc maintenance time, reduce energy consumption in non cutting work, reduce electrode burning, and extend service life.
[Digital Screen Display]: The screen centrally display parameters such as air pressure, voltage, and current, allowing users to understand the equipment status in real-time and adjust operations in a timely manner, improving operational efficiency. If plasma cutter cannot work, the screen comes with an error code system, making it easy to find out the problems.
[Sensor of Air Pressure & Air Compressor]: Inside of machine have sensor of air pressure, User can adjust the air pressure through the regulator. The air filter is installed at the rear of the machine with a quick air connector 1/4 NPT, which can be used after opening the box. Users can use it after connecting to the air compressor. Recommended air compressor air pressure value be within the range of 90PSI, 250L/min.
[Cutting Thickness]: Adopting advanced IGBT inverter technology, 50/60Hz high-frequency pilot arc plasma, dual voltage 110/220V, 60% duty cycle. Current display at 110V is 15-40A, Under 220V current display is 15-65A, the maximum cutting thickness is recommended to be 14mm @ 40A 110V, 45PSI; 20mm@65A 220V, 70 PSI.
[PT/2T/4T/PA Function]: Post time function, with an adjustment range of 3-15 seconds. Adjust the cooling time of the torch head to extend the service life of consumables. Generally speaking, we recommend a cooling time of 4-8 seconds. 2T/4T automatic cutting release your finger. 2T is semi-automatic cutting control, and 4T is automatic cutting control. PA adjust the time for the pilot arc, longer seconds good at cutting mesh metal, short seconds is good to extend the life of consumables.
