The torch lighter has super strong flame, keep away from face and clothing when using. 5. Do not touch the flame nozzle until it cools down. 6. Be sure flame is out after using. How It Works: STEP 1: Stand your pellet smoker tube vertically and fill it with your favorite wood pellets. STEP 2: Use the butane torch to light the pellets on the top open end for around 15-30 seconds until a small flame appears at the top. We DO NOT recommend using a regular household lighter. This will likely be difficult. STEP 3: Once the top is lit, keep standing and allow the pellets to burn for around 10 minutes. And then blow the flame out. STEP 4: Carefully lay your pellet smoker tube horizontally inside your grill in an area with good ventilation and allow to smoke for 5+ hours.
