The Palmer Safety full-body harness is adjustable to accommodate users between 130 to 420 pounds (59 to 140 kg) and between 4’10” to 6’6” (147 to 198 centimeters) in height. To ensure the best fit, make sure all buckles are securely fastened, leg and shoulder straps are tight and chest straps are positioned at the center of the chest.
