Blade is full tang, non-serrated, 4-1/4" long and 1/16” thick (1.5 mm), made of SS 420 stainless steel (0.15% carbon, 12% chromium), which is durable, corrosion resistant and ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Hardness is 56-59 RC.

Handle is triple-riveted, made of stainless steel with a shiny finish. It has a front bolster with the famous bee, for index finger support.

Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
