This Machine reamer is used to ream workpieces that have been drilling hole, mainly to improve the precision of hole and reduce its surface roughness. With many blades, machine reamer cuts and removes the thin layer metal on hole surface that has been processed. After the processing of a reamer, machining hole size and shape can be suitable for different componets. And this set is a good tool for mold processing and handicraft processing. Reamers can be used to process holes in small cuts based on guiding function, such as: holes with diameter tolerance in ≤IT8; holes with requirements in surface roughness (≤Rz12 generally); holes with requirements in roundness tolerance; holes with requirements in cylindricity; stepped holes (different diameter holes on the same axis); series holes (diameter holes on the same axis) with requirements in high coaxality.
