CURRENT LIMITING: Westinghouse DIN rail breakers are designed to interrupt within the first half of the AC cycle compared to 1 to 2 AC cycles for conventional breakers.

Westinghouse UL-489 Certified, Single Pole, C-Curve, Miniature Circuit Breaker rated for 7 Amps, 10kAIC at 277VAC. The direct current rating is 60VDC. Westinghouse breakers are current limiting, designed to interrupt short circuit faults within the first half AC cycle. Compared to conventional breakers which require 1 to 2 half cycles for interruption. Westinghouse breakers are designed to fit standard 35mm DIN Rails or directly mount to control panels.
