With inside dimensions of 6" by 6" and an edge height of 1/2", these black plastic fence post caps will fit perfectly on most fence posts. (NOTE: Please confirm the size before purchasing)

The black caps will slip easily on top of the posts. Even when the post is a few millimeters bigger, the caps will flex enough to fit, but it won't stretch further

There are 4 options in securing the caps to the posts: tape, nails, screws and adhesive. For tape, stick some mounting tape inside the cap and then snap on. For both nails & screws, you'll need to drill a pilot hole in at least two sides of the caps. If using an adhesive, ensure that said adhesive will bond on both plastic and wood
