Purpose - Lat Pulldown Version 2 features one vertical pole with an updated sliding mechanism that attaches to the rear of the Pro Series Power Cage. This will add explosiveness to your exercise routine with a focus on the fitness of your back. NOTE Leg hold down bar only fits the Pro Series Power Cage that have T shape brackets. The leg hold down bar is too short to fit on upright poles with U shape brackets.
Usage - Use only on the Pro Series Power Cage. Strength & conditioning, weightlifting, and strength training. Total body strength with sport specific training - Bodybuilding, Crossfit, and Martial Arts to name a few.
