  • Throttle Control: For Throttle Control Cable Variation option, please select your Throttle Control Cable OAL (Overall length) from the Variation options above.

  • Unloader Valve PSI Options: Please select your ON/OFF PSI Rating on the Unloader Valve from the variations above. The Lower Pressure ON position, the unloader will relay to the engine through the throttle control that its time to cycle ON. The Higher Pressure OFF position, the unloader valve will relay to the engine through the throttle control that its time to Idle OFF. If you already have a Throttle Control Mechanism, simply select the " Valve ONLY " Variation option.

  • Unloader Valve: 30 CFM Flow Rate, Pressure differential 10 to 50 psi, operating temp -65f to 400f max. All brass construction and built for the rigors of outdoor gas compressors. Manual hand unloader toggle and brass venting muffler included.

  • Throttle Control Cable: The throttle control connects from the unloader to your engine throttle arm and acts as a relay notifying the engine of when its time to run or idle. Each throttle control connects from the throttle outlet on the valve with a Z Bend connection type on the tip of the cable. Min. Pressure 80 PSI, Max Operating Pressure 500 PSI, Retracted Spring Force: 6.7 lbf, Stroke Length: 0.65 inch.

This listing is for 6.5HP Gas Engines and Below. COMBINATION VALVE SPECS: Conrader Piloted Unloader Check valves are an all-in-one combination valve to run an air compressor for continuous operation. The valve includes a pilot valve, discharge unloader valve, and check valve. This can be used on gas engine or electric motor driven air compressors. In operation, the check valve prevents back flow as the compressor builds pressure. The pilot remains closed until the downstream pressure reaches the unload setting. The pilot then opens and pressurizes the unloader valve. This causes the unloader valve to open and vent the excess air from the compressor to the atmosphere. As the compressed air downstream is used and the pressure drops to the load setting the pilot closes and depressurizes the unloader valve. The unloader valve then closes and the pressure begins to build again and repeats the cycle. THROTTLE CONTROL SPECS: Conrader Cable Style Throttle Controls are mounted on the pilot valve or elsewhere on the compressor and the cable end is connected to the engine throttle arm. These are of brass construction with viton seals, stainless steel springs, and stainless steel cable. The cable is permanently lubricated and is self cleaning. Routing clamps are used to mount and protect the cable. Please determine a comfortable distance between the unloader and throttle arm. The cable does not have to be straight to function properly. THROTTLE CYLINDER: Brass Construction, Cable / Whip: Stainless Steel Construction with Protective Shield. Viton O-Ring, Stainless Steel Spring Material. Min.
