Package Included: - 1 x Gel Beads Eye Mask - 1 x Gel Eye Mask with Eye Holes How to use: For Cold Use: Place in freezer for 1 hour (or until the desired temperature is reached). Ensure the beads are not frozen before use. For Warm Use: put the mask in the microwave for 10-15 seconds (according o microwave power 600-800W -15 seconds, 850-1000W -10 seconds) and then additional 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached). Test temperature to make sure it it suitable before application. !!! DO NOT OVER HEAT to avoid destroying the mask!!! Ensure that the surface is clean and dry before use and that the microwave is clean and the turntable can rotate freely. CAUTION: For external use only. Do not use on infants. Do not ingest contents.
