It is sewn in a manner so the seam will not rub against skin - the seam is against the fabric of the outer short.

There are 2 kind of inseam for you.One is 5.5 inch inseam,it is short,about middle your thigh. Another is longer,it is 7 inch inseam,above your knee.So if you like some kind short look,please select the 5.5” inseam; if you like classic longer shorts,please select the 7” inseam.
