SIZE: The original height of the bed leg is 7.08 in and the adjustable height is 5.9 in. The height can be adjusted by just turning it slightly (adjusted from 7" to 13"). The length of the Supplemental Plates is 4.3 in. It is not recommended to extend to the maximum height (13"), it is easy to damage bed legs.
