The Panasonic SR-GA541FH Commercial Rice Cooker and Multi-Cooker is the perfect extension to any kitchen. Ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, food stores and other food service establishments, the extra-large capacity rice cooker makes up to 123, 3-oz portions or 60 cups of cooked rice (30 cups uncooked). With one-touch operation, cooking rice and grains has never been easier- simply pour in ingredients and push start. Automatic shut-off senses when rice is done to prevent overcooking, for perfectly cooked rice every time. And, a 5-Hour Keep Warm function will keep rice at-the-ready. A durable non-stick fluoride Teflon coating on the removable inner pan is scratch resistant and strong enough for everyday use and the non-stick Fluoride Teflon coating makes it easier than ever to keep inner pan clean. A heavy-duty stainless steel lid helps to keep heat from escaping and easily wipes clean after use.
