Purpose - Increase overall health and fitness with our Calibrated Steel Weight Plates, which is a must have for any proper home or garage gym set up. These pieces of exercise equipment are designed to save space on your barbell and weighed within +/-1% to weight specifications. They are color coded so you can identify the weights easily, so you can focus on your exercise routine.
Usage - Ideal for general strength training. Workout with or without a 2” Olympic style barbell. Exercise and build your core 4, which consists of your arms, legs, back, and core. Exercises include - bench press, squats, lunges, deadlifts, and more. Athletes and non-athletes can train for specific sports such as: Bodybuilding, Olympic Weightlifting, and Martial Arts to name a few.
Materials - Steel with a low gloss, painted electrostatic finish. NOTE Please be aware that the new plates may have some cosmetic issues after using. This will not affect the integrity of the product. The 2.5 lb and 5 lb plates do not have calibrated plugs. All other sizes including the 10 lb, 25 lb, 35 lb, and 45 lb have calibrated plugs.

Product Specifics - 2.5 lb plate is 6.25” diameter x 0.4” thick. 5 lb plate is 7.5” diameter x 0.5” thick. 10 lb plate is 9” diameter x 0.7” thick. 25 lb plate is 12.75” diameter x 0.8” thick. 35 lb plate is 15.75” diameter x 0.8” thick. 45 lb plate is 17.75” diameter x 0.89” thick. Sizes range from 2.5 lb to 45 lb with 2” Olympic style collars or inserts.
