The powerful Macaw In the world of special coffee, it is believed that this variety is the result of a natural hybridization (origin) between the varieties Obatã and Catuaí Amarelo. Yellow fruits draw crops in a fascinating way, with green leaves, high productivity and a lot of resistance to pests and diseases. The result is a coffee that impresses with sweetness and balance. In addition, low acidity appears as the highlight of these 100% Brazilian Arabic grains, which were discovered in coffee plants, around 1988. This coffee was hand-harvested and dried in a process called Honey - in which the pulp of the grains shortly after harvesting and part of the mucilage (the caldinho) is left to dry next to the seeds. The result was a very delicate drink that invites you to powerful sensory experiences. Additional information: Farm Spring | 1.15 m Sensory notes: chocolate, caramel, passion fruit and low acidity.
