  • Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with good comprehensive properties. It has strong abrasion resistance, self-lubricating, high strength, strong impact resistance, Suitable for liner, bushing, bearing, hydraulic seal, medium load in the water, pneumatic and non-lubricated application.

  • Pack of 1 White UHMW Sheet; Length: 304.8mm/12inch; Width: 304.8mm/12inch; Thickness: 2mm/0.08inch.

  • It is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. At high temperatures, it will not melt and deform but will become soft, with smooth cutting and uniform thickness. The edges are round and smooth, and there will be no slag drop after heating.

  • You can use a bandsaw/table saw or other cutting tools to cut it into the size you need to meet your project. It will allow you easily apply downward pressure making the sheet flat while cutting.

  • Tips: It will bend over time under its own weight. However, it will also conform to a reasonable shape within its limits.
