Venus is made of top-grade, 18/10 Stainless Steel, resistant to high temperatures and maintaining its shape and shine over time. The easiest way to prepare coffee: Fill the boiler up to the safety valve, put the filter back in place and fill it up with ground coffee without pressing. Close the Venus firmly and place it on the stove at medium temperature. As soon as your Venus starts to gurgle, you should turn off the fire and wait for the coffee to be fully extracted. The right number of espresso cups: New Venus sizes are measured in Espresso Cups. Bialetti Venus is available in 4 sizes: 2-cup 2,8 oz espresso; 4-cup 5,7 oz espresso; 6 –cup 7,9 oz, 10-cup 15,5 Oz.
