GOODTAKE Concrete Pigment, Black Iron Oxide Pigment Features

  • Concrete Dye Powder Characteristics: Our concrete color pigment is waterproof, sunscreen, alkali resistance, acid resistance, easy to color, super hiding power.

  • Concrete Dye Powder Pigment Specifications: 4oz/8oz/12oz/16oz/20oz

  • Concrete Color Powder Instructions for use: When the cement is in powder form, there is no mortar to mix. At this point, you can add pigment powder as follows: 1. Calculate the amount of pigment powder to be added according to the pigment powder: cement = 1:25; 2. Wear gloves and a mask; 3. Pour the pigment powder into the cement. 4. Evenly mix cement and pigment powder. 5. Mix cement and pigment powder with mortar.

  • Iron Oxide Powder Attention method: Ordinary gray cement: 1 pack of 10 lbs gray cement, add 0.3 to 1 lbs of iron oxide powder pigment, and add 10 lbs of sand; White cement: 1 pack of 10 lbs white cement, add 0.3 to 1 lbs of iron oxide powder pigment, and add 10 lbs of sand.

  • Make sure to mix iron oxide pigment with dry cement powder first, and then add water to stir!

  • The mixing ratios of this iron oxide pigment is 3~10%. If you are going to color 10 pounds of concrete dye, we recommend adding about 0.3 ~ 1 pounds of iron oxide pigment powder; If you are going to color 50 pounds of concrete dye, we recommend to add about 1.5 ~ 5 pounds of iron oxide pigment powder...And so on.....(If still don't understand the mixing ratios of this pigment cement, please contact us.We will serve you wholeheartedly. Thanks ).

About GOODTAKE Concrete Pigment, Black Iron Oxide Pigment

Type: Dry natural pigment Ingredients: Iron Oxide Pigment Packaging: bottle Temperature Resistance: 0°C-80°C Coverage: It depends on the purpose. Suitable For: Concrete, Joints, Mosaic, Paving, Steps, Tiles, WallsDescriptionNewest Color Cement Epoxy Floor Paint Colored Concrete Dye Color Pigment Cement Mortor Grout PlasterShape:PowderType:Step StoneYou can use our Concrete Pigment powders to add color to Concrete, Countertops, Overlay, Stucco, Plaster, Mortar, Grout and any other cement-based materials. (Integral colors are those that are mixed into the concrete itself.)Our Synthetic Iron Oxide Pigments are of the highest quality and offer stabilized, consistent color that are more resistant to fade and wear than others on the market. (Natural iron oxide is not stabilized and therefore subject to inconsistent colors, wear and fade.)Our concrete pigments integrally colors the concrete offering consistent, even tones across the slab. They are high quality, dry, lightfast, odorless, alkali and weather resistant, UV stable, non-hazardous, chemically inert and water insoluble. The color samples shown are designed to provide a close approximation of what our customers can expect to achieve in gray or white concrete. But have fun! Experiment with creating your own custom colors! It’s as simple as adding more or less of the pigment to the concrete. The instructions are very simple: Just mix the desired amount of pigment in with the dry concrete mix and add the water as per the concrete manufacturer’s directions. We’ve found that about one cup of pigment to an 80 pound sack of concrete gives us a good shade with most colors. But experiment until you get a shade that works for you. Just remember to write down your measurements…
