Nose guard is unable to provide the best protection if it doesn't fit properly so please make sure to measure your cheekbone width before purchasing the product.You have to use a centimeter tape to measure your cheekbone width. Starting at just past the outer corner of your eye, lay your tape measurer across the bridge of your nose to slightly past the outer corner of your other eye. Make sure the tape measure runs at a straight line and rests just above your cheekbones. Also, ensure that your nose is not bigger than the average. Nose size is the measurement from the area between the eyes to the tip of the nose.
