ARCOS Bread Knife 8 Inch Serrated Nitrum Stainless Features

  • The Bread Knife Clara Series effortlessly cuts the crust of the bread. It has a long and strong blade. It is perfect for cutting bread thanks to its wavy edge design. Considerably light, weighing, making it easy to handle.

  • PRECISION AND DURABILITY: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Our formula endows the blade with increased hardness, greater cutting power and improved edge durability. Clara series knives are subjected to a red-hot forge process that results in a single piece sturdy knife through a perfect molding.

  • SAFE AND ERGONOMIC HANDLE: The handle of the knives is hardened around the tang of the knife, resulting in a sturdy, robust and unbreakable knife-blade ensemble. Handle made of Polypropylene (PP), a hygienic material, which is very light and resistant to knocks, chemicals and high temperatures.

  • DIMENSIONS: The Arcos Clara Series bread fork measures 330 mm in length and weighs 146 grams. Size Blade: 200 mm | 8” Inch making it a great tool for all your kitchen cutting needs.

  • ARCOS: A family-owned business with a legacy of craftsmanship dating back to 1734. Almost three centuries of research and continuous improvement of our products make Arcos an international benchmark in the cutlery sector. From Albacete, Spain, we produce 11,000,000 knives every year that combine knowledge, design and innovation in order to achieve the highest quality standards. We distribute our unique pieces in over 70 countries around the world.
