About Hornbill G2 Gateway For Smart Door Lock, Wi-Fi
✔Pair the Lock with the Gateway ★Video Link: https://youtu.be/p8Q8sPu8R5c 1. The gateway needs to be close to the lock, router and the phone. 2. Open the TTlock app, click upper left corner, choose ’Gateway' --click '+'--choose G2(Wi-Fi)--plug the gateway--click 'next' when the red and blue lights flash alternately -- choose the Wi-Fi and enter the Wi-Fi password. 3. The gateway does not support 5G network, and the 5G network needs to be temporarily closed. 4. Check whether the gateway indicator is in normal connection status(not connected-red and blue lights flashing alternately, connected-bluelights flashing). lf the blue light is on but the lock is not connected, you canunplug the gateway and reconnect it. 5. Mobile phone and gateway should connect with the same 2.4G Wi-Fi when pairing. 6. Please turn on the remote unlock function on the app before you use it. (Settings--Remote Unlock--Turn On.) ✔Pair the Lock with Alexa ★Video Link: https://youtu.be/PurMK6G2rFA Note: Please enter "+1" before your TT Lock account (Eg: If your username is phone number "8889885989", please enter "+18889885989"). ✔Pair the Lock with Google Home Assistant (★Warm Notice: Just passed the app test, it may not be very stable.) 1. Make sure you have installed Google Home APP and gateway. 2. Click the " +" button on the upper left of the app to setup device. 3. On setup device page, choose "Works with Google" to manage accounts page. 4. Search for "ScienerSmart" and enter your TTlock account on the authorize page. 5. Set Google Home Security Code in TTlock APP. You will be asked for this code when unlock with google home.
