CLASSIC: A medium roast taste profile with rich, chocolatey and sweet notes typically using coffee beans from South American countries. BALANCED: A light-medium roast taste profile with sweet and fruity notes typically using coffee beans from Central American countries. BOLD: A medium-dark roast taste profile with honey and earthy notes using coffee beans of varying origin.
