Some of Usages for AOPING Essential Oils:1.Skincare - 1 to 2 drops of oil can be blended in 10ML base oil or skin care products for skin absorption, which can lighten pigmentation, whiten, hydrate, nourish the skin, and delay aging.2.Wet Compress - Take 2-3 drops essential oils into the wet towel, then give the towel a half-dry wring and have a hot compress or cool compress for a relieving effect.Massage - Blend 2-3 drops essential oils in the base oil, then rub to warm up the hands and massage the face or body.3.SPA - Mix 6-8 drops essential oils with the proper amount vegetable oil, milk or honey, then pour in the bathtub to have a bathody.4.Aromatherapy - Take 5-6 drops essential oils into the diffuser/humidifier to volatilize aromatic steam, which can promote sleep.5.Bath/Foot Bath - Add 8-10 drops of rose essential oil into the water about 40°C, and soak in the bathtub for 15-20 minutes, so that every cell in the body will be nourished by roses, and the nose will inhale the aroma of roses, which can increase the romance.6.Hair Care - Each time you shampoo, you can blend 1 or 2 drops of rose essential oil in the poured shampoo to increase the brightness of the hair.7.Purification - Blend various essential oils about 15 drops in the water (100ml), then fix the spray with the mixture.
