Keep boiling for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve hot. For Variety 1: Add one cup, condensed milk to the boiling Milk in the above recipe. For Variety 2: Make the Sheer Khurma cold, then add one cup of fresh cream. Mix and serve cold. For Variety 3: Heat ¼ cup ghee and add Shan Sheer Khurma Mix. Stir fry for a few minutes, add one cup of milk and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
